stories that drive decisions
At Integral Edge, I help analytical professionals strengthen how they frame and communicate their work—so their ideas carry weight, influence decisions, and support career growth.

Let’s build the edge that sets you apart.
My Story
Hi, I’m Mandy.

I help smart, analytical professionals who are tired of being overlooked learn how to frame and communicate their work so they’re taken seriously, influence decisions, and advance in their careers.
Before founding Integral Edge, I spent nearly two decades in analytical and leadership roles across health insurance, actuarial strategy, and consulting. I worked on complex problems, led high-performing teams, and sat on every side of the decision-making table.
And no matter the role or organization, I kept seeing the same pattern:
Good work wasn’t getting the attention it deserved—not because it wasn’t strong, but because the story didn’t land.

Why Integral Edge Exists
Most people who feel overlooked at work don’t need to be louder, more polished, or more confident.
They need to frame their work in a way that helps others understand what matters, why it matters, and what to do next.
I built Integral Edge to help close that gap—between strong analysis and real influence.
What I Do Now
At Integral Edge, I help analytical and technical professionals strengthen how they communicate in moments that matter—so their ideas carry weight and their work supports the next step in their career.
My work focuses on:

-
Turning analysis into clear, decision-ready messages
-
Leading conversations instead of just answering questions
-
Communicating with clarity when stakes, visibility, or expectations are high
I work with individuals who want to increase their influence, and with teams and organizations that want clearer, more effective decision-making—through structured learning, practical training, and select advisory support.
My Background (Briefly)
I’ve led teams and client work at organizations including Health Care Service Corporation and Willis Towers Watson, where my work centered on cost of care strategy, data-informed decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
But the part of my work that has always mattered most to me is helping people thrive by making their work understood. I’ve seen firsthand how capable, thoughtful professionals can stall—not because they lack skill, but because their message doesn’t connect.
That’s the work I do now.
