About

I’ve been on both sides of this problem.

For nearly 20 years I was inside organizations like Willis Towers Watson and Health Care Service Corporation — leading analytical teams, presenting to executives, and navigating every kind of decision-making room.

Across the table

Knowing the answer was right — and having to make them see it.

I’ve been the person presenting to senior leadership, certain the work was sound, watching the point get lost somewhere between my analysis and their decision.

At the head of it

Asking a simple question — and getting a spreadsheet.

And I’ve been the senior leader on the other side, frustrated that a brilliant team couldn’t just answer the question I was actually asking.

I watched brilliant, hardworking people get passed over — not because their work wasn’t strong, but because it wasn’t landing. The analysis was right. The story wasn’t there. And nobody was teaching them that part.

So I started teaching it myself. Throughout my career I was the person creating training sessions nobody asked for, investing my own time in helping people develop the skills that would actually move their careers forward. At some point, doing it on the side wasn’t enough.

That’s why Integral Edge exists.

Not off the shelf. Not generic. Built for the way your team works.

What I do now

I work with organizations whose teams are exceptional at the work — but struggling to make that work land with the people who need to act on it. I build programs around their specific challenges, deliver them in a language their people understand, and give them frameworks they can apply in the very next meeting.

A bit more about me

I’m an introverted math nerd who spent nearly 20 years as a credentialed actuary and executive. I hold a B.S. in Mathematics and Cognitive Studies from Vanderbilt University and an MPH from Johns Hopkins. Outside of this work: marathons, travel, and finding the best meal in whatever city I land in — currently that city is Haarlem, Netherlands, where my husband and I moved after I left corporate to build something of my own.

Every engagement starts with a conversation.

Tell me what’s going on with your team — and we’ll figure out the right next step together.
